By accessing and placing an order or engaging our software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom source code, architecture models, UI/UX designs, and digital assets engineered specifically for clients remain protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Full ownership transfers upon final project settlement.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our enterprise be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or connected with your use of our deployed web platforms or custom solutions.
